The client of this project is a leading player in the perfume and cosmetics industry, under the umbrella of the world’s largest luxury conglomerate. Since 2014, SDA has consistently been chosen as the design-builder for their fit-out office projects throughout China. Our ongoing challenge lies in maintaining a high-quality ambience, regardless of the office’s location.

Contrary to the generic office space, the group has different brands of perfumes and cosmetics with unique charm and characteristics. Therefore, we combined the elements from each brand to create offices that emanate fashion-forwardness and diversity. Visitors are greeted by a lift lobby adorned with grey and white marble stripes arranged in varying widths and 3D patterns, evoking a sense of delicacy and trendiness. Moving into the main corridor, light blue glass boxes with copper trim enhance the space’s transparency and elegance.

In every functional area, we incorporated the signature colours of each brand’s DNA. For instance, the pantry showcases a colour palette of black, white, and red, complemented by coarse fibre carpets and uniquely shaped sofas that reflect the fusion of different brand cultures. From transparent and organized workspaces to stylish lobbies and customized meeting areas, every detail reflects our unwavering commitment to perfection and the pursuit of artistic excellence.

Moreover, for the independent office spaces of each brand, we leverage their distinctive characteristics to curate a truly unique working environment.
