SDIC Tongshang Property Co., Ltd. is an emerging financial entity specializing in commercial paper transactions. As a partner of China Construction Group, the new office is strategically situated in the Shanghai Pudong China Construction Plaza.

Our client’s vision is for an office environment that seamlessly merges comfort, modernity, elegance and distinct Chinese and oriental influences. Our design team meticulously curated and integrated unique Chinese elements into the office space.

In the reception area, a blend of Spanish beige and water cloud sand marble, complemented by wood veneer decorative joints, emanates a sense of serenity, dignity, and grandeur. Modern touches include an acrylic map against a blue backdrop and light grey glass partitions, while custom-designed door handles and Chinese-style wooden screens add depth and character.

We employed electro-optical glass partitions, to maintain spatial independence while fostering integration, and to allow natural light to permeate every corner. The conference room features movable partitions, and tailor-made conference tables, taking into account the detailed needs of each meeting modality.

Addressing the needs of VIP clientele, the VIP room and general manager’s space are designed to be functionally independent yet seamlessly interconnected. Frosted glass sliding doors and electro-optical glass achieve this balance with finesse. The design of the leisure tea bar focuses on comfort and employee experience. A semi-bare ceiling and electro-optical glass create an airy ambience. The natural-mottled marble bar and fabric sofas cater to various employee needs, whether for work or leisure. The spatial layering enhances its aesthetic appeal and immersive experience.
