The new office of Ducheng Mining merges functionality with elegance, crafting a space that promotes productivity and comfort. One of the most notable features is the outdoor terrace, designed with simplicity and harmony. Movable metal planters discreetly conceal balcony structures, creating an ambience reminiscent of a serene garden oasis.

The office, occupying an entire building floor, accommodates Ducheng Mining and two subsidiary companies, Sino Peak and Clover Capital. The design seamlessly divides the space into two areas, with Ducheng Mining’s office occupying half, and the remaining portion allocated to Sino Peak and Clover Capital. The space is divided into two, with a well-designed corridor providing seamless access to each company’s entrance.

Upon entering the main lobby of Ducheng Mining, visitors are greeted by a spacious layout and a semi-opaque white glass logo wall. The short length of the logo wall allows the light to filter in from the terrace, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, turning doors connect the lobby to the main board meeting room, offering flexibility in space utilization.

Symmetry defines the design of the other lobby entrance, with curved logo walls and counters for Clover Capital and Sino Peak. A common waiting area provides a serene backdrop for visitors, facing a curtain glass wall that bathes the space in natural light. Various meeting areas, boardrooms, and a bright pantry harmoniously integrate inside the office space. Warm colour palettes and cosy materials evoke a sense of luxury and comfort. Traditional and modern design elements blend harmoniously, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout the space.
