After completing the new office for Capri Holdings in 2021, we were contacted again by the prestigious group for designing the new office of Michael Kors, a distinguished luxury brand under Capri’s umbrella. We started drafting the layout to bring to life an environment that seamlessly blends luxury, functionality, and the unique style of MK.

The core of the new office is a grand lounge room, strategically placed beside a bright lobby. This area features movable screens adorned with a mosaic of shingles forming the iconic MK logo, creating an ambience of refined exclusivity. Another set of movable screens separates the lounge from the pantry directly facing the curtain wall and the panoramic view. Mirroring the pantry and equally placed along the curtain wall, a large boardroom accessible from the lobby welcomes the visitors.

Within collaborative workspaces, flexibility takes precedence, fostering dynamic workstyles and facilitating creativity. Purposeful areas for brainstorming and informal meetings reflect Michael Kors’ innovative ethos. Finally, the open-space working areas allow a more flexible arrangement of the workstations.

In our unwavering pursuit of perfection, we spared no expense in sourcing exquisite materials and finishes. Some of those materials are also used in some of the most prestigious MK stores: the black marble for the lobby counter rigged wood panels in the lounge and dark wooden parquet in the lobby. Each element reflects the brand’s commitment to unparalleled excellence.
